RUMSFELD GOT SCREWED, but glad he is gone

Rummy got the sh*t end of the stick by Bush, who had pledged Rummy would stay to the bitter end.
But now there is a chance Bush can use the new def. sec, to slip in some withdrawal.

He can say he is following new advice.
